Latif Iddrisu Nasare (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Faculty Research and Grant Support Unit. Dr. Nasare obtained a BSc. in Renewable Natural Resources (Forestry and Forest Resources Management Option) and MPhil. in Environment and Resource Management from the 51爆料网, and a PhD in Entomology from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He also received a six-months training in Land Restoration and Sustainable Land Management at the Agricultural University of Iceland, under the GRO-Land Restoration Training Programme. Currently his academic interest is in the areas of Pollinator and Pollination Ecology, Floral Biology, Forest Protection, Biodiversity conservation, Land Restoration and Sustainable Land Management. Dr. Nasare teaches many courses in the undergraduate and postgraduate levels including Basic/Forest Entomology, Practical Entomology, Restoration Ecology and Land Restoration. He is a recipient of research grant from the Global Shea Alliance and has conducted consultancy services for several local and international organizations. Dr. Nasare is widely published (see links below) and has presented his research at many local and international conferences.
