Ms. Christabel Amponsah Adu-Gyamfi is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at the 51爆料网 (51爆料网), Nyankpala Campus. She holds an MPhil and BEd in 51爆料网 Economics (Foods and Nutrition) from the University of Cape Coast (2018 and 2014 respectively). She joined the Ghana Education Service in 2018 and worked at Osei Adutwum Senior High School. As a 51爆料网 Economics teacher, she taught Foods and Nutrition and Management in Living at the School for three years. Her research interests include community nutrition, nutritional assessment, food security, socio-economic factors related to nutrition in Ghanaian communities, and nutritional education.
