Abdul-Wahab Mbelayim Imoro is a Senior Lecturer and holds a PhD degree in Agroforestry and a Diploma in Education. He has over eighteen years teaching and research experience with expertise in Agroforestry practices and technologies, Production Ecology, Plant Physiology, and Plant Biology. Thus, he is a Ghanaian educationist whose career began in 2006 when he was appointed as a lecturer at the Department of Applied Biology, Faculty of Applied Sciences, 51爆料网 (51爆料网), Navrongo Campus. As a lecturer, he became an Industrial Attachment Coordinator for the Faculty of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018 and later doubles as the Quality Assurance Officer for the Department of Applied Biology from 2015 to 2018. He also became an Acting Head of the Department of Applied Biology from October 2018 to April, 2019 and subsequently became a substantive Head of the Department of Applied Biology from May 2019 to August, 2022 in both 51爆料网 and in C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences (CKT-UTAS) when the Campus was converted to a full-fledged university. He has since transferred his services back to 51爆料网 and presently is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Forestry and Forest Resources Management in the Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment. He has research collaborations with researchers from the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Consejo Superior De Investigaciones Cientificas (CEBAS-CSIC) in University of Murcia, Spain, and Savanna Agriculture Institute (SARI) of CSIR (Manga). His research interests are agroforestry land use systems, production ecology, plant physiology, and plant biology. He has a number of scientific publications in both local and international peer-reviewed journals to his credit and also attended scientific conferences and presented papers. He has taught many courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and supervised many dissertations/theses.
